Now, his mission is to be a resource for entrepreneurial companies. Lobster Gram was a D2C business that delivered fresh lobsters to clients. It started in Dan’s 2-car garage on a $1,000 budget, and he bootstrapped it into a $15 million company. It was a remarkable 30-year run that successfully allowed him to implement EOS in all of his clients’ organizations.
