Welcome to Confessions of an EOS Implementer, a podcast by Talent Harbor. We share unique stories of EOS implementers and the companies they’ve transformed to give you a rare glimpse into the system’s successes and challenges in action. I’m your host, Ryan Hogan. Let’s jump in!
Our guest today is Nick Bradfield, Certified EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide. Join us as we discuss the power of coaching, the benefits of peer groups, and the impact of implementing EOS in a business. Discover how coaches provide valuable insights and support while peer groups offer accountability and encouragement. Hear Nick’s personal success story, and learn how EOS transformed his fintech company. Gain valuable insights on trust, communication, and alignment in creating a harmonious organization.
According to Nick, the majority of his career success has come from a combination of having great coaches in his corner and being comfortable being uncomfortable. After a stint in the Marine Corps, he spent a decade in the corporate world, yet he always had some sort of side business going, with a mix of success and failure. He finally took the entrepreneurial plunge by founding his own Fintech company, which he eventually sold in 2017. He is currently a certified EOS implementer at EOS Worldwide, where he helps startups and small businesses realize their growth goals.
